HOA Dues

HOA Dues for Mill Ridge Community (Phases 1 and 2) are $250/yr. and due January 31. All payments should be mailed to Mill Ridge Community Association, Inc., P.O. Box 1194, Holly Springs NC 27540. If you have any additional questions about HOA dues, email Kimberly Pruett at kpruett365@gmail.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the speed limit?

Our speed limit is 25 mph throughout the community. Please be careful as you drive through the neighborhood. Remember you are driving through a community not on a highway. When driving through our neighborhood, please obey all traffic laws. Watch your speed especially near the pool and playground area. Come to a complete stop at ALL stop signs and ALWAYS watch for children and pets near the street!!

What do I do if I want to paint my home, install new fencing, etc.?

Before moving forward with external changes to your home and/or landscaping, please consult with the Architectural Control Committee. Approval must be obtained before work begins. The request form can be found in our documents. Return the form to Jenna Swanson at JennaLSwanson@gmail.com or by mail at Mill Ridge Community Association, Inc., Attention: Architectural Control Committee, PO Box 1194, Holly Springs, NC 27540.

Who do I contact about neighborhood issues and covenant violations?

Please submit all concerns and violations to the board via email at millridgecommunity@gmail.com.

Who do I contact about the pool?

 

Mill Ridge residents in phases 1 & 2 can find information, ask questions, leave comments or share concerns about the community pool with the Mill Ridge C&G HOA management company. You can reach the association at millridgecghoa@gmail.com

How can I learn about community events?

 

Looking for something fun to do in your very own neighborhood? Full details about all of our great neighborhood events can be found on the Mill Ridge Community Facebook page under the events section. Please know that this page is for residents only. 


If you’re not a fan of using Facebook we also e-mail residents about all upcoming events as long as we have your contact information! So if you’d rather receive e-mail about social happenings in the neighborhood rather than join our Facebook page, please email us at millridgecommunity@gmail.com to be placed on our e-mail list.

How do I report a broken street light?

An essential element in fighting neighborhood crime is maintaining a well-lit environment. You can help by reporting broken or malfunctioning lamps directly to Duke Energy. It's in all our best interests to maintain a safe and well-lit neighborhood for our families and visitors. Click here to request a repair.
